Charlie Green

Charlie is the Co-Founder of The Office Group (TOG), the flexible workspace provider. Under his leadership, TOG grew to over 50 locations and 2.4m sq ft since its founding in 2003 and is recognised by the real estate industry for it’s design-led and sustainable approach to it’s mixed portfolio of freeholds and leaseholds.

Charlie led the business on all aspects of real estate from site origination, acquisition, design and development. Following a period of intense growth with Sir Lloyd Dorfman as principal investor and chairman, Blackstone acquired a majority share in 2017 in TOG at £500m. The company has since grown and in September 2022 successfully concluded a merger with another flex space operator, Fora. The combined business now has over 3 million sq ft of office space with 62 of its 72 buildings in London.

At the point of the merger, Charlie stepped down as Co-CEO and in June 2023, Charlie moved away from his day-to-day role on real estate for the business. He remains a shareholder and senior adviser to the company.

Charlie is passionate about design, architecture and sustainability and is vocal about the real estate sector’s responsibility to make a positive impact - both on people and the environment. He is an advocate for men’s mental health and is patron to several charities, including Norwood and Global Generation.

Charlie studied real estate at Oxford Brookes University before qualifying as a chartered surveyor whilst at Colliers CRE.
