Aviva plc has been established for over 325 years and is a FTSE 100 partner with a market cap of over £11bn and has over £405bn of group assets under management.

Our joint venture is with Aviva's in house capital unit, Aviva Capital Partners, with additional funding from Aviva Investors.

As a newly formed Aviva subsidiary, ACP is already underway on projects with Moda in Birmingham, Socius in Sutton and Stories in Barnet. The ACP team have worked on the leading public-private partnerships at L&G, Liverpool and Homes England.

Aviva Investors

Aviva Investors (AI) is Aviva’s asset management business. £5bn of its £49bn real assets investment are in real estate long income with a range of public and private sector partners.

Our partnership with Aviva Capital Partners has been created to deliver purposeful property development projects. Our partnership is funder and developer for the full lifecycle of a development project and is mostly focused on institutional, public and private sector partners.

Our joint venture is designed to unlock and facilitate development with meaningful social and environmental benefits and to create better outcomes and greater value for landowners and their communities.

We are currently delivering our first project with Aviva in London Borough of Barnet, which will see the delivery of new build to rent homes with 50% affordable housing and long-term income to Barnet Council.
