As a newly formed Aviva subsidiary, ACP is already underway on projects with Moda in Birmingham, Socius in Sutton and Stories in Barnet. The ACP team have worked on the leading public-private partnerships at L&G, Liverpool and Homes England.

Aviva Investors (AI) is Aviva’s asset management business. £5bn of its £49bn real assets investment are in real estate long income with a range of public and private sector partners.
Our partnership with Aviva Capital Partners has been created to deliver purposeful property development projects. Our partnership is funder and developer for the full lifecycle of a development project and is mostly focused on institutional, public and private sector partners.
Our joint venture is designed to unlock and facilitate development with meaningful social and environmental benefits and to create better outcomes and greater value for landowners and their communities.

We are currently delivering our first project with Aviva in London Borough of Barnet, which will see the delivery of new build to rent homes with 50% affordable housing and long-term income to Barnet Council.

Sophie leads the regeneration team at ACP, with key projects including development of the London Cancer Hub. Sophie was previously a Director of Infrastructure Funding at Homes England.

Paul is CIO of Stories. Paul provides a focus on new business opportunities and the management of our partnerships with landowners. Paul is a chartered town planner (MRTPI) and a chartered surveyor (MRICS)

Richard is CEO of Stories. Formerly, Richard was a partner at Argent where he delivered major projects at King's Cross and Brent Cross Town. Richard is also a non-executive director of Cambridge University’s Property Board.
