Projects

Great projects, great people and a belief that doing good is good business.

At first glance, our projects cover a wide range of stuff. What unites them is a shared approach – using our property development expertise to help partners achieve their goals.

Every brief starts with listening; understanding the project’s intent and identifying the right model to deliver the desired outcomes.

We’re currently delivering mixed-use projects across residential, education, workplace, and cultural sectors, at both individual and masterplan scales. Most of our work is within 90 minutes of London and Bristol.

We have a really exciting set of projects, but we are always keen to explore new opportunities. If you have a project we might be able to help with, we’d love to hear from you.

An overview of our projects

Each of our projects is summarised in detail below, but we thought it would be helpful to pull out a few examples of the kind of projects we are working on.

Local Authorities

We are currently delivering a build to rent scheme in partnership with Barnet Council and Aviva in Mill Hill Broadway. We are supporting Bristol Council and WECA, and we have recently completed projects with Nottingham City Council and London Borough of Hounslow.

Charities, cultural uses and residential

We are working with The Albany in Deptford to unlock residential development to facilitate new arts and community spaces through our Aviva partnership.

With St Mungo’s we secured planning permission for a 20-storey build to rent scheme in Westminster to fund a new homeless centre.
